Who We Are
We are a group of concerned residents in the neighborhoods with an "epicenter" of Marrett Road who joined together to respond to a neighborhood commercial zoning proposal that was voted on at Town Meeting in March 2018. We support rational and responsible commercial zoning, other land use, planning and sustainable economic development that preserves the residential character and beauty of Lexington.

What We Do
We advocate for:
- Preserving the residential character of our neighborhood and the Town as a whole
- Upholding Lexington's well-established processes and standards for commercial zoning, other land use and development in Lexington
- Ensuring that we, our neighbors and our fellow Lexington residents continue to have a full voice in commercial zoning, other land use, planning and development decisions
To achieve our goals we:
- Provide resources to educate residents about planning, zoning and other land use in Lexington in general and 2018 ATM Articles 38 and 45 in particular
- Convene informational meetings for residents and other members of the public
- Encourage resident involvement in planning, zoning and other land use decision-making
